Submitting an application creates a candidate profile; it does not guarantee employment or a particular number of shifts.
Complete your details, select multiple roles, add licence/qualification information, five-year history and two referees.
WRS reviews the information and may request evidence, clarification, interview or further checks relevant to the role.
When required checks are satisfactory, your profile can be marked suitable for relevant categories of work.
We can contact you when a client requirement matches your role, qualifications, location and availability.
Before an assignment you receive the agreed shift/site information and any applicable instructions or requirements.
We aim to maintain a usable profile of your roles, availability and verified information so you can be considered for suitable WRS work without completing a completely new application for every opportunity. We will communicate assignment details before acceptance and provide an escalation route for work-related issues.
Work availability depends on client demand, your suitability and availability, and completion of required checks. WRS does not promise guaranteed hours unless they are specifically agreed in writing.
Personnel accepting WRS assignments are expected to follow these core standards alongside their contract, assignment instructions and client/site rules.
Attend confirmed assignments on time, follow check-in/out requirements and report unavoidable absence or delay promptly.
Behave professionally, respectfully and lawfully; do not discriminate, harass, intimidate or misuse authority.
Follow the agreed dress code and use required PPE correctly. Do not represent qualifications or licences you do not hold.
Protect client, staff and operational information and use it only for authorised work purposes.
Follow site safety arrangements, report hazards and incidents promptly and use agreed escalation procedures.
Keep required licences and information accurate and notify WRS promptly of changes that may affect assignment suitability.
