From planned contracts to additional cover, WRS focuses on clear mobilisation, suitable personnel, site instructions, communication and accountable service delivery.

We discuss your site, operating hours, risks, service scope, staffing levels, uniform/PPE, reporting and start date.

We define the proposed staffing model, responsibilities, escalation arrangements, service levels and commercial terms.

We select suitable available personnel against the agreed role requirements and prepare them for the assignment.

Attendance, communication, incidents, client feedback and service issues can be monitored and escalated through WRS management.

Ask us about planned additional shifts, holiday/sickness cover and urgent requirements, subject to availability and mobilisation checks.

Where appropriate, combine security, concierge, cleaning and facilities support through one service relationship.
Before commencement we aim to agree the service scope, site instructions, staffing, escalation contacts, reporting expectations, health and safety information and commercial arrangements. We then match personnel to the assignment and maintain management communication during delivery.
For regulated security activity, deployed personnel must hold the appropriate SIA licence. Other qualifications and checks are matched to the role and contract rather than assumed universally.
