Licensing & Site Requirements
If the assignment includes licensable security duties, WRS ensures the appropriate SIA licensing requirement is addressed.
How We Select Personnel
We assess communication, presentation, Right to Work, history, references, experience and any site-specific requirements.
What WRS Adds
We match personnel to the tone of the building—corporate, residential or mixed-use—while keeping procedures and escalation clear.
Mobilisation
Tell us the location, operating hours, duties, number of personnel, start date and any mandatory site credentials. We will confirm what can be mobilised after checking availability and assignment requirements. We do not promise an unrealistic fixed mobilisation time before those checks are complete.
