What the Service Does
Typical duties can include gatehouse control, visitor and contractor checks, vehicle logging, patrols, perimeter observations, incident reporting, lock/unlock tasks and escalation of suspicious activity.
Licensing & Site Requirements
Security activity is assigned according to the site risk assessment and any licensing requirements. Construction environments may also require site-specific PPE, induction or credentials such as CSCS depending on the duties and client rules.
How We Select Personnel
WRS checks relevant SIA licensing, Right to Work, work history, references and experience, then confirms additional site requirements before deployment.
What WRS Adds
We aim to match officers to the realities of construction work: early/late access, changing site conditions, contractor movements and clear reporting to the client team.
Mobilisation
Tell us the location, operating hours, duties, number of personnel, start date and any mandatory site credentials. We will confirm what can be mobilised after checking availability and assignment requirements. We do not promise an unrealistic fixed mobilisation time before those checks are complete.
