Planned personnel for events, venues and crowd-facing environments

Licensing requirements depend on the activity performed. Event planning should also consider venue procedures, risk assessment and any stewarding roles that are distinct from licensable security.
WRS checks licence status for licensable roles, Right to Work, relevant experience, history/references and any event-specific training or briefing requirements.
We plan around event timings, deployment numbers, reporting lines and the different responsibilities of security and non-security personnel.
Tell us the location, operating hours, duties, number of personnel, start date and any mandatory site credentials. We will confirm what can be mobilised after checking availability and assignment requirements. We do not promise an unrealistic fixed mobilisation time before those checks are complete.
