How We Select Personnel
WRS checks Right to Work, relevant experience, references and task-specific competency requirements before assignment.
What WRS Adds
Clients can combine grounds support with other site services under a coordinated WRS relationship where appropriate.
Mobilisation
Tell us the location, operating hours, duties, number of personnel, start date and any mandatory site credentials. We will confirm what can be mobilised after checking availability and assignment requirements. We do not promise an unrealistic fixed mobilisation time before those checks are complete.
