WRS can receive and coordinate maintenance requests, arrange access, communicate with approved contractors and track completion against the agreed process.
Licensing & Site Requirements
Gas, electrical, fire, lift, HVAC and other regulated/specialist works are not represented as general FM tasks; they are delivered by appropriately competent contractors where required.
How We Select Personnel
Contractors and personnel are selected against the relevant work scope, competence and client requirements.
What WRS Adds
The value to clients is coordination and visibility: one route for raising issues, arranging attendance and following progress.
Mobilisation
Tell us the location, operating hours, duties, number of personnel, start date and any mandatory site credentials. We will confirm what can be mobilised after checking availability and assignment requirements. We do not promise an unrealistic fixed mobilisation time before those checks are complete.
